The Ukrainian market offers a wide range of classic mayonnaises and sauces.

Mayonnaise producers in the domestic market are roughly divided into three groups: oil and fat combines operating since Soviet times, new companies with an aggressive marketing policy, and small regional firms that do not have their own brands.
