Summer is a time of change for KOLORO. We are not only preparing for the new season, but also striving for constant self-development. In this regard, we are planning to launch new services in the sphere of retail branding, which is so popular today – Retail Audit and Interior Design of Industrial Premises.
And also in August the Kiev branch of the company starts its work.
In addition, we are strengthening our corporate culture. One of the core values of our company is its personnel. We value each of our employees and strive to create a strong and friendly team. We do not forget about recreation; a number of summer corporate events allow us not only to “blow off steam” and catch our breath, but also to find sources of inspiration and new ideas. Pleasant little things also help to strengthen the corporate culture, for example, making souvenirs of our company by our own efforts:

An integral part of KOLORO’s corporate culture has become the tradition of COLORONATION – a kind of a series of “tests” that every employee of the company must pass in order to become a part of its team. Every graphic designer simply has to be able to create original collages, creatively tie their shoelaces during the day and much more.
In addition, to strengthen our corporate culture, we have created a special “box of unusual cases” where our employees put useful cases written on a piece of paper that they do in their free time, outside the office walls. At the end of each month, the most “active” is rewarded. Often, it is quite difficult to determine who exactly to reward, as no one wants to be last on the list in the final table 🙂
We are cleaning up our personnel. KOLORO is always open to new specialists, young and experienced, idea and ambitious.
