The presentation at KOLORO is:
20 minutes of pictures, video and live stats with short text blocks. This is what a presentation looks like that will draw attention to your product or service. The main advantages of such information presentation are versatility and predictability. Multimedia presentations work equally well with old colleagues and unfamiliar investors, they are planned in advance and reduce the risk of being misunderstood. It’s a great way to attract investment, increase sales of a new product, and spread the word about the brand.

What the cost of the presentation depends on
- Duration. The longer the presentation, the harder it is to make it engaging. In order not to bore anyone during 20 minutes of presentation, the methods of information presentation are alternated – a picture will tell better about the design, an interactive 3D scene for VR-glasses will tell about the architectural project.
- Complexity of graphic elements. The price rises if the design of the presentation has a lot of animation, you need to optimize the corporate style for the product being presented. Developing a presentation template in Power Point is easier and cheaper, but involves only basic tools. KOLORO also works with other programs – for example Prezi. Regardless of the complexity of the task, we always offer 3 visualization concepts to choose from.
- Audience Prestige. If the target audience is investors, they see 5-10 presentations a week. Such audiences are hard to surprise, so as the prestige of the audience grows, the number of hours of work on the presentation increases.
- Confirmation by numbers. The numbers give the impression that your proposal is sound. But it only works when the numbers mean possible benefits. It’s not enough to say “1 GHz increase in processor speed”. – compare it to the previous result and tell us what benefits it will bring. The more numbers in a business presentation, the more accompanying material they require. The cost is also affected by the conflict checking of such precise information as numbers.

Presentation format and design
Based on the nature of the information gathered, we choose the appropriate way to communicate your message.
- Creating a multimedia presentation. Smartphones, cars, retail outlets – anything that impresses and sells because of looks. In creating a video presentation, the slides themselves are secondary because the audience primarily evaluates the video. Frames and volume bars only detract from the viewing experience – video clips win with dynamics and sound.
- Presentation for the website. To showcase the functionality, design and platform, book a website presentation with KOLORO. We will design a mockup based on screenshots and screen recordings that will demonstrate how it works. Voice-over text blocks explain site features to your audience.
- Textual and graphic presentations. Quarterly reports, share growth, development dynamics. These are presentations for professionals, so there is more text. But even more so with bar charts and graphs. At KOLORO, they love them, so they draw them nice and clear. Juxtaposition is an effective way to express the thought that graphical analytics works with.
- Sales Agent Presentation. We will prepare a template and print the presentation on the printer as booklets and flyers. Then we will recruit young smiling students, put them in crowded places and give them each 100 pieces of this printed material. Or we could have it delivered to mailboxes.
- Email Presentation. A simplified, lightweight presentation form, suitable for email distribution. It’s a good invitation to a keynote presentation or a way to thoroughly show something not too complicated. Here, the information densely occupies the slide space and communicates only the most important information.
- Creating interactive presentations. We invited buyers who couldn’t decide which car to buy. We interviewed them, and then filmed the interior of the driving car “from the driver’s face” on a 3D camera with a 360° view. We sent the video out to their smartphones and offered to watch it via Google Cardboard in our office. Within 15 minutes, buyers were turning their heads around and marveling at the very ordinary interior of the car. The presentation was super successful and once again confirmed that a picture sells better than words.

Stages of presentation development
1. discussion with the customer. The image of the future presentation is made by marketers, designers, sales managers, visualizers and the customer. We negotiate the details to bring out the main message of the presentation. When the customer’s goal is clear to all developers, its strengths and weaknesses are analyzed. We’ll distribute them so that obviously strong messeges get more time. Weak parcels will receive a logical justification for their insignificance.
2. Information retrieval. If what you are presenting is exclusive and you are the only source of information about it, we will write the text from your words. KOLORO will find everything else on their own. Market analysis, social surveys, articles in reputable publications – we will gather information that will favorably present the company, brand or services.
3. Structuring. Any amount of text is condensed down to slogans and headlines. The presentation is like a mini-movie, and in a good movie, actions are shown rather than spoken. A wall of text floating somewhere beyond the event horizon is an attribute of low-budget 80s sci-fi. Such a technique in a presentation will put even attentive listeners to sleep.
4. alternative concepts. Developed almost parallel to the main one. If any of the 3 concepts better fulfill the goals of the presentation, we will choose it as the main concept.
5. Focus group testing. We gather the most incisive experts and crash test the presentation. The focus group is allowed to behave like the worst people on Earth – criticize, mock, defiantly walk away from the show. If most of the comments were off-topic, we consider the work on the presentation a success.

Order presentations at KOLORO
Unlike paper and live presentations, electronic presentations are almost limitless. This means that you are freer to choose your topic and delivery method, but do not increase the number of topics and methods within a single presentation. Because the perceptual capabilities remain the same. Audiences still have trouble remembering more than three topics, frequent changing of videos to pictures distracts attention, monotonous slides are tiring. Order presentations from KOLORO – they are clear, convincing and created according to the rules that Steve Jobs suggested.
