Background
KOLORO began as a design agency to create vodka labels. More than 10 of our first projects are alcoholic. We then expanded our work and started doing 3D modeling of bottle geometry.
A few years later, the first direction grew into a branding agency with an extensive range of services: from naming to promotion strategy.
With the second, KLONA, an industrial design studio, was born. In addition to 3D modeling, visualization and printing, Clona specializes in mass production of plastic products.

Having worked with KOLORO on branding and being satisfied with the quality, they were also interested in advertising services, namely animated commercials. KLONA, on the other hand, has received requests for 3D character modeling for companies and games.
Financial expectations
From a business plan standpoint, we decided to take a chance on the direction because we knew there was relatively low competition in Motion Design. There are big companies whose cost of services is very high. We wanted to start smaller.
Judging by the dynamics of the site development (number of visits, depth of browsing, number of requests), our expectations are justified and the site will quickly move from the self-sufficiency mode to a profit-generating project.

From these 3 big directions, we built a service tree. We have written separate material for all the main ones. Expand the percentage of keywords we rank for with blog content.
Site prototyping
To prototype the website, we used Axure RP, a software that is suitable for prototyping websites and applications. It took about 10 edits before we were able to approve the prototype and move on to the next stage. However, we’re glad we fixed things in the prototyping phase, as making edits to the code, the wrong approach. It takes more time, and each edit in the code can affect the rest of the code.

Transfer of corporate identity to prototype and website layout
We made KINESKO corporate style ourselves, based on warm yellow color in combination with black and diamond shapes. There are a lot of animations of different complexity on the site, as this is one of the key services of KINESKO. We used vector graphics, the quality of which is not spoiled by page scaling.
Drawing of 12 template pages and 3 forms
The main task was to develop the design and user interface of 12 template pages. It was invented by a team, the process involved a web-designer, an internet marketer and a project manager. The main task was to let the user know what we do and how we can be useful to them, as well as quickly direct them to the right section.
Development of back-end part
The back-end is written on the open source Laravel framework. It is popular among developers and is used for corporate needs.
Site transfer
We hired a third-party content manager to migrate the content. At KOLORO, we outsource the work that distracts skilled employees from their core tasks. It helps you focus on what’s important and speeds up the pace.
Site filling
The previous version of KINESKO was not fully fleshed out. The blog will be updated with new material for as long as the site exists. We are also now working on texts about the company and layout of our first projects for the portfolio. All the texts on the site contain keywords from the main core you read about above.
Outcomes: collection of statistics and growth of indicators
The updated site has increased traffic, session length, and depth of browsing metrics. We’ve reduced our bounce rate and significantly lowered our load speed. But the most important thing is the increase in unique visitors and the first warm referrals to the site through Jivosite’s contact box and backlink forms.
